That’s it! We’ve finally bought our house! It’s an Eichler, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. A very simple floorplan from what has sometimes been described as a meat-and-potatoes tract for Eichler. But it has this contemporary look we wanted and that is so hard to get in Northern California (that is, for the rest of us, mere mortals, who cannot afford to hire architects and start from scratch…)
